Fancy something sweet for the weekend?
Here are some tips on healthy substitute for this weekend’s gluttony:
Ice cream:
Buy a creamy Greek yogurt, or yogurt with vanilla flavor and put in the freezer for a while.
It almost tastes like ice cream!
Sprinkle with some raspberries or blueberries maybe and your dessert is served!

Candy:
Try dried fruit. It is a great way to get rid of the worst cravings for sweets. It is also good for those of us who likes to watch a movie and eat during the whole film (as I do).
Crisps/potato chips?
Well, the chips is hard to find a good substitute for if you don’t buy chips made of root vegetables, but I cannot say whether they are tasty or not, I have never tried them. But I will do so if I happen to stumble across a few soon.
Dip
I don’t know how this works in other countries, but I usually buy a bag of flavor mix that I mix with some yoghurt. Then just put it in the fridge for 15 minutes and it’s ready. Chop some cucumber and carrots into sticks and use them as dip-devices. Yum!
