Wow!! I’d have been very happy in there! I just love cinnamon rolls. Last week I was reading and article in some scientific health magazine (which name I can’t remember) that people who give themselves a treat every now and then loss a lot more wheight than those who strictly follow a diet. Also it is easier for them to keep a healthy wheight forever o at least for a longer time (according to the time that last the experiment).
So, enjoy Swedish Cinnamon Day!!!! (just don’t get too much of them, right?).

Very interesting about the article, perhaps you could mention that in your blog later on?
I believe many people who starts dieting are very strict in the beginning and then when motivation lacks they simply jumps back to their old habits. But if you don’t forbid anything, and even let yourself have a treat from time to time I believe it’s much easier and more successful!
Oh, and by the way, I really liked your picture for the blog! We will contact you, hopefully tomorrow, so you can start writing your Mind Fitness Blog. I’m really looking forward to it!
