Wohoo!
I second that! FINALLY, Apple let 2.0 out and so far I like the improvements. I’d still like to see more body measurements to track, tho (hint, hint), but so far the update has been worth the wait!
I feel cheated that you have taken away the access to the online database for i-phone users – unless they are pauing for a membership on your website. I have been using this application since February and contributed quite a lot to the database. Now I can’t use it anymore.
Luckily I updated only on my phone and had the original version of the application still on my computer – thanks to that I am back to the old one, without access to the database though.
Shame that you try to make your customers pay twice!
Hi Manuela!
I promise you we haven’t deleted the online feature from the iPhone app, in the last 2.0 version we improved it a lot to make it easier to search in it. You can see tutorial video on how to use the database here: http://www.shapeupclub.com/TutorialVideos.aspx?id=6057694&title=Online%20food%20database or read more about the iPhone app here: http://www.shapeupclub.com/iPhone.aspx
As you know the online food database is really important in the iPhone app, and as you say you built the database, we would never dream taking this away from you or make you pay for using it. Hope you will enjoy the new 2.0 version!
