	<description>Before I started my journey I weighed 108kgs and was a UK size 22.  Over the past year and a bit, with the help of ShapeUp Club I&#039;ve morphed into the person you see in the photo above, who is 68kgs and a UK size 12.  In my blog I&#039;ve documented my journey, all the changes I&#039;ve made, all the challenges I&#039;ve faced, and how I&#039;ve overcome them.</description>

<div>I thought I would introduce myself.  I&#8217;m Sarah a 25 year old PhD Student in Nottingham, UK.  I&#8217;m currently working to achieve a healthy weight and have been an avid user of ShapeUp Club for nearly 5 months now.  I&#8217;ve found it so useful to count my calories, check that my meals are balanced at the end of each day and log my exercise against my calorie intake.  I also love the graph function, its really motivating to see your weight go down week after week.  Using this app I&#8217;ve gone from 107kgs to 89kgs (at 161cms tall) in 4 months.  So, half way there! Wahey!</div>
<div>I&#8217;m going to be telling you about the stuff I&#8217;m doing to lose weight and the new challenges I&#8217;m setting myself (jogging in the 5km race for life for instance, eeeek!) and how I&#8217;m getting along with it all.</div>
<div>I want to show myself and other people that you can lose a lot of weight, feel great for it and, surprise surprise, actually enjoy doing it!  Please feel free to write in with your own experiences, I&#8217;d love to hear about them.</div>
