Hi!
I thought I would introduce myself. I’m Sarah a 25 year old PhD Student in Nottingham, UK. I’m currently working to achieve a healthy weight and have been an avid user of ShapeUp Club for nearly 5 months now. I’ve found it so useful to count my calories, check that my meals are balanced at the end of each day and log my exercise against my calorie intake. I also love the graph function, its really motivating to see your weight go down week after week. Using this app I’ve gone from 107kgs to 89kgs (at 161cms tall) in 4 months. So, half way there! Wahey!
I’m going to be telling you about the stuff I’m doing to lose weight and the new challenges I’m setting myself (jogging in the 5km race for life for instance, eeeek!) and how I’m getting along with it all.
I want to show myself and other people that you can lose a lot of weight, feel great for it and, surprise surprise, actually enjoy doing it! Please feel free to write in with your own experiences, I’d love to hear about them.
