![]() Me and my colleague at the Health Guide have an idea to organize a health week to people who want to get started on a healthy life. One week of training, lectures and workshops and we want to be in a nice, quiet place such as a mansion.

I really love this idea, it will be so helpful to people either wanting to make a serious change or people interested in nutrition.
Hope it works out for you.
Sarah.
Ja, jag hoppas verkligen att det kommer att fungera och bli hur bra som helst
Hi Maria,
I was wondering – why do women get cravings before their period? Should we give into these cravings, or should we be having what we crave, even if it is unhealthy?
Thanks,
Sarah.
Nice to hear about this Maria, it sounds like a great idea with maybe a small calm hotel somewhere in Dalarna!
Hope you get this working!
All the best
Martin
There are studies showing that both appetite and total energy intake increases the days before or around menstrual but it is also shown that the metabolism increases slightly while.
Fluid balance is also affected by hormones, so some of the weight increase before period may be due to fluid retention.Try to learn how the body works in cycles, easier to manage to keep the weight of the term.
Many people have found out to be a craving for sweets other than food days before menstruation. If this is explained by hormonal changes or is a learned behavior that belongs to our culture, it has not quite managed to sort out yet.
