Hi Maria,
I love your blog. Could you put on some ideas for healthy balanced recipes for meals, or perhaps a few diet plans for a day to give an idea of what and when you should eat throughout the day?
Also I do a lot of jogging and weights now – any advice on eating to recover and build your muscles? Or for running long distances?
Thanks,
Sarah.
AWESOME!! I love Cinnamon.
I also like garlic. My sister made a soup with garlic last week, it was super healthy (only 28 cal) and super tasty. Just put chopped garlic and a bit of salt in boiling water (just water!) for 20 min and Voila! Serve with croutons or some vegetables like asparagus if you find it to plain. And don’t worry about bad breath, it doesn’t smell to much, but if you have any concern, you can have some green or white tea right after. That day we had some homemade millet cookies for dessert and was absolutely fabulous and healthy!!
Greetings!!
It sounds good, have to try it some time=)
