Thus, it is good to eat saturated fat in moderation and put more emphasis on monounsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats found in olive oil, olives, rapeseed oil, nuts and avocados. Monounsaturated fats have a positive effect on blood fats and the mitigation of cardiovascular disease.
