Hi Lee,

I can totally relate. I tried cutting out all my junk food overnight and using that method my diet record was two weeks long and I lost nothing. It kind of puts you off trying again doesn't it? You've just got to not try and let it get you down. I've lost a lot (20kg), but I am still classified as 'obese' - same as you. But I try and think about it as being nearly half way there - if I lost that I can do it again - sort of thing. 65kgs is totally do able (I need to lose 50kgs total), just split it into stages (like 10-20kgs).

Let us know what you're doing - I need tips, motivation and consolation too!
