		<description>I have sort of the same thing sometimes with my research and not having enough time for the gym/exercise.

I found that if I ate healthy food in small portions regularly - like 4 small meals a day with a few snacks, then I still lost weight.  You don&#039;t have to exercise all the time to lose weight, although it does speed up the process.

Plain chicken with assorted veggies and a little boiled potato or rice is really satisfying and gives you loads of energy.  Then fruit for snacks.
