thanks for writing. I believe that every fat loss program needs to include weights. It is simply not possibly to get lean on cardio alone without a monster time committment. so the first thing is to set up a good 3 day a week program for the whole body ( just look at some older posts). then increase the weights every 2 weeks, it is just physics, more weight lifted, more work done, more cals burned ( in the same time)

I am in this situation at the moment, after all the exercise classes I have been doing over the past few months which used to be a challenge, they are no longer.  I am trying to find new things to do which will challenge me more - anything fun you can suggest?
